Shop Policies
Welcome to my little hand-dyed yarn shop - I'm so happy to have you here! Here are my shop policies, but if you have further questions you can email me at springtreeroad@gmail.com.
PAYMENT
You do not need to create an account to buy yarn through my shop, but I only accept payment by PayPal. If you pay by E-check through PayPal, I can't ship your items until the check has cleared. Presently I will not accept checks by mail or any other sort of payment.
SHIPPING
I ship US orders USPS First-Class mail with delivery confirmation/tracking number. If you need your package faster than that, please email me and I will get you prices on the kind of shipping you prefer. I always refund excess shipping charges that are over $1. Once packages leave my hands I am not responsible for them. I will do my best to make sure that your package reaches you safely and without problems.
ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
I ship First-Class International, which does not come with tracking. If you would like to purchase tracking please email me and I will figure out exactly how much it will be and can send you a revised invoice. Once packages leave my hands I am not responsible for them. I will do my best to make sure that your package reaches you safely and without problems. I will refund any shipping overage that is $1 or more. I am not responsible for any taxes charged for mail received in your country and I will not mark the package as a "gift." Doing this could get me in lots of trouble, so I can't do it.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I want you to love your yarn as much as I do. But if you get an item from me and decide it isn't completely dreamy, please contact me within 5 days to let me know you'd like to send it back, then return it to me at your own expense within 15 days in the same condition I sent it to you and I will refund 100% of the purchase price.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you're interested in a custom order, just email me. I'll do my best to create the yarn of your dreams.
At the moment, I do not do consignments or wholesale.
Please let me know if you do a blog post or have photos online of anything made with my yarn! I love to see what becomes of it.
